Tempsens Instruments (India) Ltd IPO is a mainboard book-built issue. The issue comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹118.00 crores and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1,79,25,071 equity shares (face value ₹4 per share) by existing promoters and shareholders.
